Directions to Palawan Green:
Sentosa Express: Alight at Beach Station.
Private Vehicles: Drive towards Sentosa Beach Station and park at Beach Carpark.
Taxis: Alight at Sentosa Beach Station
Palawan Green is located at the end of Beach Station, towards Palawan beach.
There will be something for every age to enjoy! However, some of the activities have age, height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. We also encourage parents to exercise discretion and supervise their children.
Due to hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
There are no lockers available on–site.
TOYBOX Powered by Hasbro is wheelchair accessible and some games can be played by persons with limited mobility.
The nearest public restrooms are available at Beach station, Wings of Time and Palawan Beach.
Beach Station and Wings of Time is a 5-min walk from our main entrance, while Palawan Beach is a 10-min walk.
Play Credits & RFID Wristbands
TOYBOX Powered by Hasbro is a cashless event. Only payment via an RFID wristband is accepted at the activities as well as food and beverage area. You may top-up your RFID wristband with credits using cash/credit card at designated top-up stations located within TOYBOX Powered by Hasbro. Kindly note that the RFID wristband cannot be used at the Retail shop, and you may use cash/credit card for any merchandise purchases you make at the Retail shop.
You may purchase the RFID wristband(s) online at http://toyboxsingapore.com/playcredits from 1 – 28 January 2019, or purchase it on-site from 1 – 17 February 2019. Once you have made your payment, an e-ticket with a QR code will be sent to your email address. You will be required to present this e-ticket during your RFID wristband collection on-site.
As the QR code is on the e-ticket which has been sent to your email address, you may show us the QR code through your email on your phone so that we are able to scan the QR code and find your purchase record.
Yes, you may use the function “copy buyer’s details to all tickets” at the purchase page so that all the e-tickets will be sent to your email address. Please note that the QR code on each e-ticket is unique and can only be used to collect one RFID wristband.
Yes, you may send the e-ticket to your family and friends and they will be able to collect the RFID wristband from our on-site collection counters themselves. You do not need to be present for the collection.
Each RFID wristband costs SGD$20.00 and will be pre-loaded with a set amount of credits. However, you will get more credits when you purchase them during the early bird period (1-15 January 2019)! You may refer to http://toyboxsingapore.com/playcredits for more information.
The RFID wristband can be used throughout TOYBOX Powered by Hasbro for the payment of all games, activities and F&B (with the exception of retail).
You can beat the queue by topping up credits online from 1-28 January 2019, through a top-up link that will be sent to your email when you have purchased your RFID wristband(s). Otherwise, you may top-up your RFID wristband at the top-up stations located on-site. There is no restriction on the total top-up amount for each RFID wristband when you top-up your RFID wristband on-site, but the minimum top-up amount is SGD$1.00.
Once activated, all RFID wristband(s) are valid for SAME-DAY USE ONLY. However, you may refund the unused credits in your RFID wristband by visiting this website https://igo.events/remaining-igo-credits/ and following the instructions there. Kindly note that a convenience fee of SGD$3.00 will be applied for each refund of credits per wristband. There is no on-site refund of unused credits available.
Please bring the RFID wristband to our information counter located at the main entrance of TOYBOX Powered by Hasbro and we will check the RFID wristband. Should it be faulty, a replacement RFID wristband will be issued to you.
There will be no refund or replacement for any lost RFID wristband once it has been collected from our on-site collection counter. Upon collection, please ensure that the wristband is secured on your wrist to avoid losing it.
No. Once you remove the RFID wristband from your wrist, it will be deemed invalid and you will not be able to use it anymore – even if there are still credits inside. The is to avoid complications when visitors pick up lost wristbands and start using them.
All wristbands must be activated at entry in order to be applicable for refunds. You may refund the unused credits in your RFID wristband by visiting this website https://igo.events/remaining-igo-credits/ and following the instructions there. Kindly note that a convenience fee of SGD$3.00 will be applied for each refund of credits per wristband. There is no on-site refund of unused credits available.
Once you have collected the wristband at our on-site collection counters, the wristband will be activated and you will need to use it on the same day. Hence, you will not be able to collect the wristbands on a Tuesday and hold it till Saturday to use it. If you collect the wristband on Tuesday, you will need to use it on Tuesday.
You are not allowed to combine the credits in two wristbands to pay for one activity. For example, if the activity costs 15 credits, we can only deduct the credits from one wristband.
